Welcome to the new CAMRA Durham website!

CAMRA Durham is proud to launch its new website. This is intended to replace the old, somewhat dated, website with a newer version which is easier both for us to update and for you to find things. If you have any questions, comments or criticisms of the new site, please pass them on to the Webmaster, who will greatly appreciate your feedback.

A fond farewell for branch stalwarts

Durham CAMRA recently lost two of its stalwart members – Denis and Evelyn Simpson – who have moved from the North East to the South West to be near their daughter. Denis and Evelyn would like to say thank you to all their friends up North with whom they have shared so many happy and interesting times through branch activities.

Cheque presented to Gambling Man

Durham CAMRA present The Gambling Man Brewing Company a presentation cheque for the cask of beer they are delivering by foot on Tuesday to the beer festival in aid of the Great North Air Ambulance. John Corbett, Gambling Man's Brewery Liaison Officer for Durham CAMRA will also be walking with the guys. Look out in the Durham edition of the Northern Echo and the Durham Times for a special photo and feature from tonight. Good Luck for Tuesday guys - hope the weather stays fine - a pint will be waiting for you at the other end!!
